10) L-17 Excise License (Bar License)
Checklist for Restaurant & Bar License
1) Partnership Deed or MOA, AOA & Incorporation of the registered company.
2) Pancard of the registered company.
3) Adhar Card & Pan Card of all the Partners/ Directors of the Company along with their photographs with white background.
4) Resume of Employees hired along with their photographs.
5) AMC of CCTV Cameras and Fire Cylenders installed.
6) Layout Plan of the premises.
7) Pictures of the premises from inside and outside.
8) Lease Deed of the premises.
9) Electricity/Water Bill of the premises.
10) NOC from the Landlord.
11) Commercial Conversion Charges Receipt from the Landlord.
